Clicking on the specified drawing tool from the Drawing Tool Tile will set your mouse in drawing ready mode. 

Time related tools are blue, Price related tools are green and Text related tools are black.

High / Low lines tool will draw the a line at bar high, low or open where your mouse is pointing.  It will choose the nearest point from your mouse.
